Rudolf Bode, 1941. Karl Fritz Rudolf Berthold Bode, born on February 3, 1881 and died on October 7, 1970. In 1922, the 'Association for Bode Rhythmic Education' was established, which banded together the his friends and artists. During the Nazi era he took over the leadership of the Student Council Bode 'gymnastics and dance' in the Reich Association of German gymnastics, sports and gymnastics teachers. In 1935 he published the book 'German gymnastics'. In 1939, he wrote 'Attack and design'. In 1935 Bode was the technical manager of the Imperial School of the Reich Food Burg Neuhaus at Braunschweig. The postwar years he was overcome with problems, and, under the direction of his wife Ely (born Drenkman) he went to Munich in 1951 to start training of new teachers .
