SOUTH CHINA SEA (Jan. 4, 2012) Chief Boatswain’s Mate Loren Heaton, assigned to the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Cape St. George (CG 71), briefs a group of Sailors prior to a vertical replenishment at sea with the Military Sealift Command dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Carl Brashear (T-AKE 7). Cape St. George is supporting USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility (AOR) as part of a deployment to the western Pacific and Indian Oceans en route to the 5th Fleet AOR.
