The 437 meter tall tower complex is scheduled for completion in 2010 if it is not delayed by the financial crisis affecting Dubai, which is behind the project. On completion the 84 storey, $600 million building will be the tallest in Qatar, though in late 2009 Qatar National Bank was advertising tenders for an even taller building in the same part of Doha.
