Home Park in dense fog. Trees planted in rows lead the eye to the vanishing point and using a wide angle lens accentuates the perspective of the scene. Backing on to Hampton Court Palace and hosting the Flower Show annually and various pop concerts adds to the value of properties in the surrounding areas which benefit from excellent shopping at Kingston upon Thames. Schools and other amenities are excellent locally. Teddington Lock and studios are very close by, as the river which offers numerous sporting activities. Although the KT postal district is in Surrey and part of Kingston Borough, this area is under the jurisdiction of Richmond Borough and has been hotly contested by both boroughs The Royal Parks offer wildlife such as deer on the doorstep. Rabbits are common place. Home Park was used by Henry the 8th for hunting and views from Long Water lead directly to the back of Hampton Court Palace.
