It had been a flat morning with no sunrise effects so I resorted to finding details in the landscape I found an isolated boulder back from the sea shore and admired the bands of pebble and sand layered within it In a crack that ran vertically along its side were a group of Tubercled Noddiwink seemingly animated as much as a Tubercled Noddiwink can be in their pilgrimage along along the crack. I wished to show them in their environment so isolated a small section along a curve that enhanced the movement pleased with the way it seemed to work with the natural banding of the rock At the last moment a sliver of sun poked through the gloom providing a warm light and a little shadow Ebony 45su Schneider 150mm Symmar S Rear tilt velvia 50 tripod cable release f45 2 seconds
