Twin Elmos solicit tips in Times Square in New York on Monday, August 11, 2014 as Minnie Mouse trolls for tips. The "actors" pose for photographs with tourists asking for tips as remuneration. The NYPD has started a public information initiative, hand out flyers and the posting of signs, to inform visitors that tipping is optional when the posers pose for pictures.
