View SSE of Lanyon Quoit, Cornwall, England, UK: a Neolithic burial chamber at the north end of a low long mound which has the remains of burial cists at its southern end. Unclear as to whether it is an original long mound, two separate round barrows enclosed by a long barrow in prehistory, or two round barrows robbed and disturbed in recent times to give the impression of a long mound. 4th millennium BC. The capstone and the southern upright were reset in 1824 after the capstone fell during a storm.
