Home Park, Hampton Court, Surrey, UKMore information:
Running through the fog in Home Park, Hampton Court Palace. Home Park is a wild, well managed park. Many people use it for leisure, to walk their dogs or compete in sport. A royal park, it is used annually for the Hampton Court Flower show. Wild deer roam and a cull is performed to keep numbers down. The grounds were used for hunting by Henry the 8th's court. It is extremely picturesque. Bushy Park nearby is more cultivated and pristine but both parks add to the value of nearby properties which benefit from excellent schools and amenities in both Teddington and Kingston's shopping centre. Although in the Kingston post code area, it is actually part of Richmond Borough and has been hotly contested in the past. The river Thames flows near by and there Long Water offers model boat racing. There is a golf club nearby which hosts many networking events and parties.
